We have more info about CrossCountry #3 and the Marathon at the coast this coming weekend.

Please download and complete a CrossCountry pre-entry form and a separate Marathon pre-entry form. So if you do both races we need two forms from you.

CrossCountry #2 gave the committee a few headaches - There were too many of you! We had 200 mountain bikers on the start line which caused some botllenecks and traffic jams on the track. And we also ran out of beer! But don't stay away, we've taken note of the problem areas and will be ready for CrossCountry #3 in Swakopmund.

To the event sponsor Pupkewitz MEGABUILD, thanks for your involvement in setting-up and your contribution to making the event a success. The start/finish zone looked really great.

Very encouraging to see was the number of kids in the Sprogs and U/12 category. The future of mountainbiking....

Once again a big 'Thank You' to all the volunteer helpers working on Saturday, your help is much appreciated and helped us stage a great event.

Since the 8th of May two unfortunate incidents of people getting mugged occured in our favourite riding/walking area.
We urge you all to stay away from that area for now!

Unbelievable as this might sound we'll have security guards patrolling that area for Saturday's race!
